  • Purchase Information: membership status, credit purchases, transaction metadata, and billing-related records processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Technical Information: device information, browser type, IP address, app version, crash data, analytics, and usage information.
  • Communications: messages sent to us for support, feedback, or other inquiries.

We do not collect your email address for public display, and we never expose it to other users.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Generate craft ideas and related content based on user inputs.
  • Enable community posting and sharing features, and enforce each user's own sharing/visibility choices.
  • Operate safety features: blocking, reporting, and account deletion.
  • Process purchases, memberships, and credits.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with users.
  • Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve safety and reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. AI and User Content

TinkerTray uses AI tools to generate craft ideas from user-provided photos, themes, age ranges, and other inputs. Uploaded content and prompts may be processed by third-party service providers that help us deliver AI functionality. Users should avoid uploading sensitive personal information in images, prompts, or community content.

4. Community Features

If you choose to post content in community areas of the Services, that content may be visible to other users. Please use caution when sharing information publicly.

5. Payments

Purchases of memberships or credits may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems unless explicitly stated otherwise by the payment provider workflow.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help operate the Services, such as hosting, analytics, AI, authentication, and payment vendors (including Google/Firebase and Apple).
  • With other users, but only the content and profile details you've chosen to share through the Services' own visibility settings.

  • As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Some records tied to your interactions with other users — for example, content you shared in a community area — may persist after you stop using the Services.

  • You may report another user, or a specific piece of content, at any time.
  • You may delete your account at any time by contacting us, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.
  • You may opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
  • You may turn push notifications on or off from your device's system settings.

9. Children

TinkerTray may be used by families, but children should use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian where required. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
